Meet Casey Graham Associate Attorney

Casey Graham is a zealous attorney known for her compassionate and relentless advocacy both inside and outside the courtroom. Her entire legal career has been dedicated to criminal defense, and she has earned a reputation as a skilled legal writer and tenacious advocate who fights tirelessly to secure the best possible outcome for every client. Casey brings both legal expertise and technical training to her defense of OUI cases, having successfully completed the NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing course. Her significant trial experience, combined with her unwavering commitment to her clients, makes her a powerful force to have in your corner.

Background and Education

Casey graduated cum laude from the Commonwealth Honors College at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a bachelor's degree in Legal Studies and a Letter of Specialization in Constitutional Law. She also graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School. During her time at Suffolk Law, she earned Dean’s List each semester and was awarded the Distinguished Brief Award, the Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law, as well as an Honorable Mention Oral Advocate Award.

Before Gilman Law, Casey began her legal career as a Student Attorney for Harvard Prison Legal Assistance Project where she diligently represented Massachusetts prisoners in their disciplinary hearings. In her final year of law school, Casey worked to hone her litigation skills in the Suffolk Defenders Clinic. Practicing as a Student Attorney under SJC Rule 3:03, she represented criminal defendants in the Boston Municipal Court, gaining valuable experience as a compassionate and proficient legal advocate.
