Meet Brie Chavez Legal Assistant

Brie is our most recent addition to Gilman Law. She works most closely with our paralegal, Ashley, actively behind the scenes coordinating schedules, communicating with clients and the courts, and ensuring our attorneys have all the information they need to tackle your case.

Education

Brie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City, and recently received a Paralegal Certificate from Boston University.

On a personal note…

Brie is a full time mom of two under five, and spends her time adventuring out in the world, or in the pages of a book.

Background in Design and Creative Arts

Brie has a long history working in creative fields, and has had careers in costume design, wedding planning, custom fiber arts (knitting/embroidery/quilting), and luxury resale.
