Our history and experience

During law school, our lead attorney, Matthew Gilman, served at the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles as a Hearing Officer. He served at over 15,000 hearings, acting as judge, jury, and prosecutor in cases regarding license suspension matters, gaining a breadth of insight into the agency that would be hard to match by other attorneys in the state.

After graduating law school, Mr. Gilman chose to focus his practice on helping people fight through the unfairness of the Massachusetts Court System and Registry of Motor Vehicles. Having worked on the other side at the RMV, he knew exactly what to do to help his clients get back on the road legally and efficiently. Most importantly, he knew how to protect his clients from the unfair games played at the Registry. He took his inside knowledge of how the agency works to assist people who face criminal charges intersecting with the RMV.
